Hello,

Looking at getting a bobcat 3pt blade for a ct 440. Should I get the 7' or 8' blade. I'm new to tractors......

thanks!

The 7' would get narrower than your tractor if your working with over 30 degrees of pivot.

I use a Bush Hog 5007 for snow removal with my ct335, which is only about 65" wide. On a 30 degree angle the 7 footer puts the snow just past where my tires tracked. It works well for clearing some of the tight places that I do.

For anything other than snow, I really prefer using my 8' Woods HBL96 behind my 5210. The 5210 runs 73 inches wide, and the 7' blade will never even get close enough to that hitch to even think about hooking up.
