Getting back to your question. Seriously, any tractor will do what you want -how fast, well that's another thing. What you should really do is to size up the implements you need to do the job(s) according to your timeframe. Then buy the tractor size that will handle the implements you need. Either over or under buying will not make you very happy. Personally, I don't subscribe to the biggest is best philosophy, but if your job calls for it, then go for it. Probably your decision will be made based on what size cutter you want to use. Also, I very much agree with the advice on the moldboard plow. My 2 cents.
