What strange things have you moved with your loader..pics

Well this isnt really a FEL, but I did help move a building with a forklift, that was quite a site, a 20 foot long wood cookhouse, carried by a forklift.

He said he once lifted one from the stearing wheel, and it bent (I saw that tractor).

That's the thing all right. Just no good place to grab them from or to get a lift under them.

I hope you get yourself a tractor soon, and a place to play with it.

This strange thing is pretty gross, but here goes:

After coming home after a 3 day weekend away, (in the summer) as we pulled into the nice and toasty garage I noticed a puddle of "water" on the garage floor in front of the garage upright freezer. Uh Oh, the compressor had failed, apparently soon after we had left, and the contents, including a lot of venison had spoiled and started to drip. Oh boy, what a mess, I got the New Holland and went and dug a big hole down in a back field, went back up and helped the wife unload into the bucket and took it all down put it in the hole and covered it up good. Sure glad I had a loader and tractor. We pulled the old freezer out on the driveway, left the door open after we hosed it off to let some of the stink out, Ugh..and believe it or not, someone actually wanted the thing enough to come and haul it off for it. I was glad to be rid of that stinking mess. Sorry no pictures.

Doing a little building & rearranging. Moved my fine trailer and the water tank that I'm building a new roller out of. :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Seems like it would be easier to just hook it up the trailer to the truck or tractor.

Ok, this HAS to be the strangest thing I've ever hauled in a FEL. I have a small pond down in a ravine that is really off the beaten path. The local kids used to go swimming there occasionally. I was driving the then new JD 4010 (that ought to tell you how long ago this happened!) down through the woods to clean out the junk around the spillway, when I heard yelling and laughter coming from the pond. 3 teenage girls decided it would be a good idea to go skinny dipping in the pond. The local boys got wind of it and went and stole their clothes. I guess the sound of my tractor scared the boys off, and they ran off WITH THE GIRL's CLOTHES! I had 3 frantic naked teenage girls hiding in the cattails! I had a canvas tarp under my seat, but the 3 of them couldn't cover themselves and walk at the same time, so I had the 3 of them sit in the bucket, covered with the tarp and I delivered them to the nearest girl's home. I got some looks from the guys at the filling station as I drove past! Needless to say, the first girls mother was speechless when I knocked on the door and presented her with her first-born child! The fellers at the fillin station grilled me non stop for months for the story, but sometimes it's best to just smile and keep yer yap shut!

Sadly, about 7 years ago, I had to use my FEL as a hearse to haul my golden retriever to his final resting spot. Under a nice shade tree overlooking our pond.

That is sad. How long was he with Y'all? I have buried numerous pets with my backhoe. When I dug the hole for Sneaky, I had to stop and go get a clean rag to wipe my eyes.
