That tractor has an impressive pair, but their not brass balls

Well, Jody is the most recent horse that did not want to go into the trailer or shoeing stocks. I have to block their escape route by another trailer or wall, and then just move them along with the loader. No muss no fuss, and they generally load pretty easily the next time you try to walk them in.

He is also the horse in my avatar.

Moving a payloader mounted sweeper so I could rob some parts off it. Didn't have the hoe on so I drove slow. I needed 4x4 to move. One of the things I don't like about this tracgtor is the heavy front end and light rear end, even with my snowblower on the back my front poly blade makes the rear end light.

I buried two horses in the dark, while misting rain and fog fell, a few weeks ago. Both horses the same evening. Neighbors have 5 horses. One was very old and sick and they had been throwing $$$ at him. So it was expected.

The other horse must have got in a fight with the others and fell and broke her neck. I had to drag one out of his run in shed and then chained the feet to my front loader bucket hooks. I had to raise them to full height to clear the fences and gates.

I was lucky as I dug them a burning hole years ago. We dumped them in there and covered them with a thin layer of clay. Then I rushed to work. Next morning I was back to finish the burial with yards of clay.
hugs, Brandi

Sorry, no pics but back in October I dragged, then lifted my 2900lb automotive lift (rated at 10,000 lbs) off a box truck! A bit scarey as I had no ballast in the rear tires yet and my driveway is sort of steep and angles away, making for some tense moments even though I had the lift barely touching the ground. Tires are now filled with beet juice. Wish they were then. Much safer. But bottom line: my Mahindra 5035 saved me a few hundred $ in delivery fees. :cool2:

Here's to Spring.

I recently bought a gun safe that I thought I and the wife could handle. Well, it turned out to be more of a chore that I thought. I couldn't find an affordable mover to put the safe in the intended location. I reasoned with myself that an appliance dolly would do the job. Boy was I wrong. We couldn't even get it up the first step on the porch. It turned out to be much heavier that I was told by the dealer. I racked my brain cell to find a solution. In the end I tried hoisting it up with a tow strap and my FEL on my 4400 JD. It barely was able to gain the height to get the safe on the porch landing. From there we slid it around on rugs into the house and up the stairs with a 10' long chain come along.

Where there's a will, there's a way!

I pulled this old board edger out of a bog on my property. Pretty heavy, but an interesting find though.
