That was brutal to watch. Offense was just lost, multiple plays Mahomes missed or didn't even see the open man. And the dropped ball in the wide open, Hopkins I think it was, ouch!
Defense did good keeping Barkley from being much of a factor but they forgot Hurts too many times and gave him the center lane.
Defense held them to 10 points first half and 16 in the second half, pretty good considering the Chiefs Offense wasn't on the field much and the Defense was!

Congratulations to the Eagles and you eagles fans, They played an excellent game.

As for the Chief's they will be back in the next few years, their SB appearances (and wins) are not over.

I was pleasantly surprised. If KC had only played the rest of the game like they did between 2 and 6 mins left of the 4th quarter. I must I was surprised how the eagles man handled the chiefs. They almost tied a 36-0 deficit from years back.

Another great thing is maybe we won't be seeing all the state Farm commercials we've seen the last 2+ years.

Hmmm... We'll have to see what takes it's place. What other products/services have the eagles color scheme?

Umm, no. The Eagles had their 2nd team defense in at that time. The Chiefs still playing starters. That game was o-v-e-r after the Chiefs couldn’t score in the 1st possession of the 2nd half. IMO, the “real” score was 40-6 then the Eagles subbed out their starters.

Agree! I’m tired of the State Farm “stars”. We need a new look.

Agree. You can see the D-coordinator focused too much on Barkley and the O-line. They put a lot of players in the box, thinkings the eagles pass game would be forced to beat them. And they did.

The Chiefs need 3 O-linemen or Chiefs/ Mahomes is going to be in trouble.
Did you know the Chiefs had only 23 yards of offense in the entire first half?
Philly has a heck of a defense.

He was my favorite player watching the Eagles as a kid. Didn't know he passed.

Highest paid defensive player in the league with a 4 year contract worth 1 million dollars in 1976. With the rate of inflation, that's 5.6 million a year. Let that sink in as to how far the NFL has come to paying it's players...
