Ash is great firewood,I am sure some-one would buy it.Put an ad on Craig's list or rural papers.

If you do sell it for firewood sell as is you will make more with handling it less.

Sorry I thought you meant just stack it up and burn it, I have years of firewood, and this would be way too much for one person.

I have done that too. Here we have the emerald ash borer that's been devastating this state. Won't find a ash tree here in ten years I think.

Have it sawn into lumber. Prices for select ash range from $2.70 to nearly $4.00 a bd ft for select lumber dependent upon thickness. Even if you get less than select grade prices you will get more fom lumber than fom firewood. The downside is you will have more time in the lumber deal.

Just a suggestion.

If its ash, you may not be able to transport it anywhere due to the emerald ash borer. Check you local and state laws regarding the transport of ash wood.
