What type of quick coupler for NH TN75 2006

I have a 2006 NH TN75 and I'm wanting to get the male quick coupler fittings. NH want $25 ea for them. Does anyone know if there is an interchangeable type?

I neglected to say it is a hydraulic quick coupler for the rear ports. There are two banks of three.

The tractor will accept standard 1/2" male ISO tips that are ccommonly available for around $8.
