I bought 6 acres in the Pocono Mountains back in 1979 and built a house. I needed a small tractor to move building materials, do some excavating and mow the surrounding 4 acres. I was going to buy a Case 646 with FEL but got a better price on a Kubota
B7100HST from a local dealer that just picked up the Kubota line. Kubota was relatively unknown at the time in my rural farm community and their prices were set low to get a foothold in the market. Anyway, the 7100 was MUCH more machine than the Case and I don't regret the choice.

Now, 41 years and 6 Kubota's later, I've expanded the estate to 21 acres which I maintain with my current MX5800HST and L6060HSTC tractors.
