I wax my truck and my tractor. The truck gets it twice a year and the tractor when ever I feel it needs it. Normally about every 9 months. It doesn't see near as much sun and rain as my truck.
Some people laugh about waxing a tractor, but, I think it is only normal. My tractor isn't worth much less than my truck! I protect all my investments. And one that waxes his tractor can tell a big difference after a few years vs. somebody that doesn't.
There are tons of good waxes on the market and I have tried countless brands. I still think that Nu Finish is one of the best. It has a different base than most waxes and you can even apply it in the sun. Any wax will help and keeping it clean when you put it up will keep it looking good for a long time.
