What would be a good choice for a beach grader.?

I tried a rake, The beach aint big but its too big for a rake. and those rocks bend the tines , what is a harrow ?

What are you trying to accomplish with the "rake"? Are you trying to remove those big rock? If not a little inexpensive chain harrow would work great for smoothing it out and it would ride right over the rocks.

Harrows come in several varieties - ones with discs and ones with fixed teeth. A chain harrow looks like a section of chain link fence but on one side it has teeth several inches long. A chain harrow drags behind your tractor. It is relatively light weight and can be pulled teeth up or teeth down. A chain harrow can be pulled with an ATV, golf cart or tractor. I would be a good tool for grooming a beach I suspect.
