You absolutely have to sit on those tractors, drive them and determine which one suits you best. No substitute for seat time when considering this size purchase.

Then be sure you get chain hooks on the FEL bucket (you supply the hooks and the dealer welds them on at no cost), at least two pairs of rear hydraulic remotes (and front remotes if you want to run a front mounted snow blower, etc). Also consider getting a skid steer quick attach for your FEL.

personally i would get a riding mower for the lawns...as the farming (ag or industrial r4 tires) will destroy your lawn (it did mine). I had a 28 HP JD870 for 14 years, took care of 30 acres of flat pasture with 2/3 covered in heavy trees. does a fine job. the only reason im getting rid of it is because i want a cab heated/ac tractor to handle snow removal in winter. ive grown too old to keep getting soaked all winter long for 6 hours a day while snowblowing. The 870 can lift 1000# in the bucket, handle a 5' snowblower, posthole diggers, rototillers, sprayer, etc. a great back saver. dont go below 25 HP.....personal experience.
