What's a fair price on This Tractor

2012 Kubota L4740, 180hrs, Teir 3, Loaded R-4's, HST Plus, Includes 84" Kubota snow.dirt power angle Plow. It's in excellent Condition

Nice tractor for sure but lack of FEL is going to hurt resale.I would bet it would have sold for about $30,000 with sub-frame and plow;so maybe $25,000 for this low hour rig.

Geography plays into the price. Here, on a dealer's lot, that tractor would be less than $20K. My brother bought a L3240, 1 year old, with FEL, 100hrs for $19K from a dealer.

$18-21 k around here as the value on the tractor. SNow plow down here would be irrelevant so that would be bare tractor price.

Around here, that would be advertised for over $30K. Probably closer to $35k.

It doesn't mean they'd get it, but it would sit on ad for 6 months at that price, then maybe relisted for $2K less.

Which is a big reason why I bought brand new.
