Price Check whats a good price for ck20hst

Hi everyone I am looking to buy a ck20 hst w/ fel/box scraper/ the price out by me(ca.) was 12780.00 otd I have 3 flat arces w/ horses a arena 110x150 (no sand yet ) I really like the ck20 size,how does the price sound ? it is fall's last year model w/7 hours on it (never been sold.)

that is not a bad price.
Mine was 2006 with 5 hrs.
ck20 FEL for 11,900 box blade was another 400 or so.
they are great tractors.
You will enjoy using it.
