Looks like a good deal. AND it came with a house too.
My wife doesn't complain much but I don't think she knows I have 1152 sq.ft. of garage and the house (ranch style) is only 880 sq.ft.
I'll have to shop around better.

I recently wired a cabinet shop outside of town. Its 80' wide x 210' long with a central office area.
MY NEXT HOME in a fair and just world. Its also 14' tall with roll up doors at both ends. The perfect man cave. The wife could have made the office into a nice 2+1 home.
the rest would be mine...course id have to lose 3 of the 4 paint booths...but imagine my own paint booth to boot.
