I have a 2 egg omelet with a little cheese and spinach, fruit and yogurt, tea not coffee and juice. Whole wheat is a just say no item for me. I think time spent on a good breakfast does make the day better. Too many of us are always in a hurry to go nowhere.I'm curious to know anyone trying today's "eggs on whole wheat, a small fruit & small tossed salad (no dressing), cooked spinach+turnip greens, coffee." if they have the same high energy effect. The portions weren't all that much. No meat. One teaspoon sugar for coffee. The odd thing is wife has type 2 diabetes but blood sugar low all day without meds or insulin.
