Dinner tonight...
Rump roast!
Put a rump roast in an InstantPot.
Add 2 cups of water.
Sprinkle on a packet of french onion soup mix.
Sprinkle on a packet of Au Jus sauce mix.
Close up and pressure cook on high for 90 minutes.
Quick release the pressure.
Remove roast to platter, cover with foil and a towel to keep warm.
Add cubed potatoes and carrots to the InstantPot.
Close and cook on high pressure for 5 mintutes.
Quick release the pressure.
Remove veggies to bowl, cover with foil and towel to keep warm.
Mix 2 heaping tablespoons of corn starch in 2-3 tablespoons of water in a bowl.
Set the instant pot to sauté and add cornstarch mixture.
Stir until thickened.
Pour off into gravy boat.
Slice the roast and serve everything.
