Not sure what else but we are definitely having fried okra. Cut it this morning.

Fresh lake trout with garden beans. Also had a salad that's not seen. This fish was caught within 24 hours.

Cooling off. Was about 45° this morning. Supposed to 40° tomorrow morning.

So I mixed up a batch of chili and have it going in the crock pot. I'll make up some cornbread when the chili is about ready

I'm guessing lots of chili is getting made this weekend. Cornbread sounds good, may have to find a good recipe.

I have a tendency to over-tomato my chili to the point I end up having to be the one that finishes it off. I am not sure that is a problem.
