I came across this website today and thought it'll be fun to think what TBNers think about the future. Well, with my new house being built, and a new baby coming in a month or so, my future is booked up for a few years. The only bet I will make, is me not getting any sleep for a wile./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

i predict that by 2012 they will make a computer that never crashes/w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gif and that paul will still not be getting any sleep/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif you know with all the worry , if it is a girl, and the college tuition to think about, and if it is a boy , him wanting to borrow your tractor and your car,and still college tuition! are u feeling better now paul? /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif just funning with u! benn down that road 3 times , long time ago, but it all worked out.

Actually, from what I've been reading on the prototypes of these vehicles they are supposed to fly by themselves. Everything is controlled by GPS and three on board computers that are redundant....if one breaks down the second takes over with the same functions and commands. All one has to do is program in the destination and the Skycar takes off in pre-established flight corridors (much lower than that of planes) and off you go.

Just think of that Harrison Ford movie "Blade Runner" and this is what it's supposed to be like. Prototypes are so advanced now that the military is showing an interest in them.

I also predict you'll need very deep pockets to own one of these Skycars. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

Yep..after 2 1/2 years we decided to tie the knot this coming Saturday at 11am in Weris,NH.

Just one question?? How come when one gets married there three times the work to do..example..mowe and trim everything,wash and clean about everything,be twice as nice,let thing enter one ear and go right thru the other ear,finish up on all projects outside,etc..what ever happen to the old days where a couple slip off and got married..hmm..oh well one thing I'm sure of I been told by my better half "This will be the last time wedding I'll ever have to face!!" /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif
