Top layer is a $8 "leatherman tool", 8" crescent, 3/4" combination wrench, couple of spare pins, roll of electrical tape. Below that I'm not sure, probably some assorted ammo, rusty nuts & bolts, casset tapes, broken glass, tie wire, other necessary "stuff".
Hammer and chains ride at my feet....

Perhaps one more addition to go with the Life Jacket? It seems that one could most definitely find room for a small inflatable swimming pool.

8" crescent wrench. A couple metric box-end wrenches, 10x12, 13x14 iirc. A large screwdriver bit with a hex in the middle, and a large flat and a large phillips on opposite ends- it fits the injector pump bleed screws and works with the crescent wrench.
A couple of clevis pins, a spare top link pin, cotter keys, a box knife, some miscellaneous nuts, bolts & washers.
The spring from my broken foot throttle.
There's a 6' piece of 5/16" chain with grab hooks wrapped around the front counterweight for chaining or dragging.
