The best price I've fount is $6.811 installed /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif reckon you could say"Cost a little more but darn well worth it " /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gifThanks everyone... /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif Looks like I'll be seeing green behind me too /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Excellent tpike! You won't regret it, there's hardly more fun to be had with your clothes on than operating a backhoe. Be sure to post some pics for everyone to enjoy with you /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Thanks RobS... I'll be sure to post pics /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif... any advice on bucket size /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif... I know alot depens on what I'm useing it for ( I'm a small tree framer in SC... uprooting old stumps... planting new trees and so on /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif... ) But thats not the only thing I'll be useing the #7 for /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gifI'm planing a new addtion to my shop and home and even a few drainage lines /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif...whats the Best all around bucket sizes /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif... some floks say bigger is better /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif...

Mine came with a 16" which seems to be working well for me. I've heard the narrow ones may clog in clay soils. Bigger may bog down the hoe. I guess it depends on your uses and your soil.

I have the 9" and fully expected to have a larger one by now. It has only clogged once, which easily fell out. When I do narrow trenches, they are about 12" wide. So it is real nice for water lines, etc.

So, soil type makes all the difference. Mine is very rocky (duh!)
