I believe this might explain it.

We greatly appreciate the help with reporting posts. Obviously we don't want to have any spam on the forum and our ultimate solution should help reduce the abuse significantly. In the mean time, today I'll be going back to our alternate user approval queue which has worked well in the past, albeit at the cost of additional admin tasks.

I am fairly certian that one needs a hydro tractor (or PT) with pallet forks to most efficiently pickup the pile of discarded turf tires that was strapped to a pallet and left in a field...
