What\'s the lever for?

My TL-1900 has a lever below the throttle control that has something to do with the hydraulic lift. Can someone tell me what it does?

Re: What\'s the lever for?

It is a quick control for the 3 point. If you raise the lever it will raise the 3 point all the way up. Then if you move it down it will drop back to your set position that you set with the usual lever. It is handy when tilling or mowing and you come to the end of a pass. You can flip it and turn tight then drop it and your setting will stay the same. You don't have to mess with the other lever every time you raise it. The later models have an electric system and you just push a button to get the same result.

I've posted a picture but that sounds like that might be what it does. I've discovered that moving it does lift the attachment. I'll experiment based on what you said. Thanks for the info.

Ding ding ding ding! We have a winner! That's what the lever is for. You set the height you want for your 3-point based on the attachment. Then you raise it and lower it back to the exact spot where you originally set it with this lever.

I've always said " You get more bang for your buck with an Iseki".
