I have some hand tools for the Model A's and T's

My oldest tools are wood planes handed down from my Grandfather that were given to him by his... no idea how old they really are...

I have a few old wrenches but no way of dating them.

but my oldest tool most likely is a lathe I have from what I can find it age is about pre 1880's

the census bureau had a book compiled of machines as there was such a explosion of tools in the late 1800's and the lathe is in that book,

the lathes serial number is #2 manufactured by the Phoenix Iron Works, Geo. S. Lincoln & Co. which later morphed into the Pratt & Whitney Company, called a Lincoln lathe. http://vintagemachinery.org/mfgindex/detail.aspx?id=1926

currently I do not have access to the book to post the entire title.
