Man, i read and re-read the manual on front end loader removal....and after about 1 hour i was finally able to remove the FEL. No matter how i positioned the loader, i couldn't remove both locking pins.

I placed it on a level concrete surface. I finally had to pound out the bolt with a sledge hammer.

Afterwords i put both bolts thru my wire wheel on the bench grinder and greased them up before i reinstalled. There still very stiff.

Whats your secrets????

Haven't had the need yet. Why did you remove yours (just curious)?

What I can tell you there is a sweet spot where the pins slide out pretty easy. At least for me . I had a BX23 TLB and a B3200 TLB and took off both loader and backhoe and I curled the bucket on each while trying to remove pins, just seems to be one spot that works, try that and I hope it works for you.

Are you running a hydraulic drive front snow blower? Or are the lines to rotate the chute?

Leave the hydraulics hooked up, pull on the pins while you slowly rotate the bucket back and forth. There will be a point where they will not be in a bind, then they should just slip out. You will need a helper you can trust if you cannot reach the joystick.

The best way to make sure the loader installs easily starts with taking the loader off. Make sure it's on firm level ground. If the loader is not stored on firm level ground re-installation can be a bear.

When you are putting the loader back on, if you have already used the bucket curl function, use the boom cylinders to line up one pin at a time. Once you make the first pin, you should be able to use the boom cylinders again to line up the second.

If one pin is higher than the other, you need to use the bucket and the boom functions to get it to line up. Just make the low pin first, then the higher one.

Starting on level ground saves a bunch of aggravation

its a front loader mount snowblower. the 3/4" lines are for the operation of the snowblower. there is an electrical line to operate the hydraulically operated rotator and deflector. i haven't added it yet. in process of doing so.

I see in your signature that you have a "powerpack" is that the hydraulic tank/resievior. or are you running it off the tractor hydraulics?

its a rear powerpack. puts out 15 GPM at 3000 psi. Holds about 27 gal of hydraulic fluid including whats in hoses. Here are some pics. the brackets arnt power coated yet. have some minor electrical work to still do
