I have a ditch that fills with silt from the rain runoff and has to be cleaned out periodically.

I have a ditch I would like to line with a liner of some sort.
This should
1*help with silt.
2*help prevent weeds from growing up in the ditch
3*make it easier to mow along both sides of the ditch.
4* eliminate or drastically reduce weed whacking the edges of he ditch.
Have you thought of doing something like this with your ditch?
