I've seen those at the beach, very popular with ladies having tattoo's.
They are kiniffelin pins and are used in much the same way as nose rings on livestock.
The better ones are 316L stainless, the others leave definite rust streaks.
Man o man can we take it to a lower level or what?
Without humor there would only be work.

Okay, well, I'll just assume this didn't come off my BX- but I'm a bit worried about the guy who says he lost one off his trailer... my wife left work early a few days ago.... hmmmm. I guess the good news is that he couldn't have been that good, as I've not found any more parts since that day /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Thanks for all of your ... ahem... opinions (and to the guy who though it was the flux capacitor, Michael J. Fox stopped by and assured me that it wasn't, as it was in the DeLorean last time he looked) I'll keep it handy for the first time I lose the similar looking one on my trailer hitch.

Purchase 3 more and use them for the MMM wheels. Much superior to the junk that Kubota supplies as standard equipment. Besides, every tractor owner should have at least 50% additional clips and pins than are commonly used on the tractor so when one is lost, you can get back to work immediately instead of spending hours looking for a $3 part that will stop you dead in your tracks. Just this week I found the snow plow pin that my neighbor lost last winter and came begging for a spare at 1 in the morning during a snow storm. If it were not for the fact that he plowed my driveway to get here, I probably wouldn't have gotten out of bed to give it to him. Tractor Supply has a nice assortment of pins, do-hickeys and whatchamacallits. They are back-ordered on photon- splitasitors however. I bought a whole big container or various hitch pins, and clips for about $6.99 there. Found it in the bins up by the registers. I also got a box with about 100 various grease fittings for around the same price. Handy to have with a gravel driveway.

*That depends on which way the trailer is headed.
Have you tried simply turning the trailer around and heading it in the opposite direction?
A lot of times when you think you have the wrong clip/pin you don't; the trailer is just turned the wrong way.
