Hey I have been gone for awhile. A week turns to a month turns to 6 months pretty fast. Will try to check in a little more often.

There appears to be coolant leaking from the small square plate on the back of the head.. I haven't looked at my Yanmar service manual yet to see if it mentions it or been to Hoye yet. Will hit their site after this. Looks like I need to pull the cover off and re seal it up it's seeping coolant.

Ha, should of looked at Hoyes sire first. It's called a cylinder head end plate. And it does have a gasket back there. Maybe one day when I need a small filler project I will drain the coolant down a bit and then reseal that plate.

Nice. A little poking around can turn up answers soon.

Since its weeping coolant there, those bolts could come out easy. PB Blaster is an antifreeze based formula. If the weeping got to the threads, taking the bolts off wouldn't be too difficult other than the space to work in.
