Clear your computer cache or temp files and you should be able to get it. Unless of course you are trying to access from work and your company uses a proxy server. Then you might have to wait a day or so until that clears it's cache.

DNS is the index that translates 'Welding Web' into a numeric IP to route your connection to the destination. Your ISP's DNS tables may take a while to get the update.
