What's up with the arborist site?

I was on arboristsite.com at about midnight when it kicked me out. Been trying off and on since but IE insists that URL does not exist. I even went to the town library thinking it was either my 'puter or my service provider. Got the same response on their machines.

I'm guess a "denial of service" (I think that is what it is called) attack on it. Looks like the site has totally crashed.
