When you lower the draft arms, the pto shaft is gonna pretzel itself into oblivion. Possibly damaging the tractor pto stub shaft, too. It should be above the 3pt cross draw bar.

Looks like you loose either way. If its above the draw bar, raising the unit will also bend the shaft.

GVWR clearly exceeded, tractor way underpowered for quality attachment, no water wings for inevitable sinkholes, no possible reason for a bush hog on a sand hill, hanging chad? Ok, now I'm just being mean and should stop

Oh, and yes, the tractor is far too clean.
