First since we are so close to the first of the new year, let me wish everyone here at the TBN site a safe and Happy New Year.

I thought it might be interesting if we found out the kind of tractor that each of you own, how long you have owned it, and if you happy with it? /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Mine is a TC-40D New Holland
I took delivery 2 months ago
So far so good, I am very happy. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

An early happy and safe New Year to the other TBN members also.

My tractor is a JD 4210, owned since April of this year, and I am very happy with it---only one gripe--that I did not purchase it SOONER than I did. Best wishes to all for 2004 !

I bought my Century 3045, 45pto hp in April this year and I now have over 95hrs on it. I am VERY happy with it as it has done everything I have asked of it and more. I haven't had any prob. with it. Since it has the quick attach on the fel I have made a stonebucket, snowplow, and bucketforks for it and got the 72in heavy bucket. I've used it to plant about six acres of deer plots, cut firewood, roadbuilding and hauling stone, plus lots of honeydew jobs. Because I have some trouble with my back it is very easy to get on and off and I make the fel do the work. I looked along time before I bought it and just couldn't justify spending so much money but this was several thousand less than comperable size tractors so it helped me make up my mind.

Bought a "new" 1968 IH 2444 with loader last spring from a family member. Have been very pleased with it. Especially since it cost about the same as a decent riding lawn mower. Everything works great on it and only 2061 hours on it when I got it. I am painting and spiffing it up this winter.

I've had My Kioti DK 35 with loader for 2 years and 200 hours .This year I added top/tilt and Rhino 85 backhoe w/subframe.
I use this tractor to take care of 15 acres, field mowing, finish mowing, tilling, snow plowing, grading, backhoe work ,Ect.
I have been very happy with my tractor, dealer and price .

I've a 1991 John Deere 670. Although I'd like a few more HP and (definitely!!) a dual stage clutch, this little machine has done a lot of work for me.
I've owned the machine for about 2½ years now. Never regretted it.

Mowing the grass in the pic. I normally remove the FEL for mowing.
I guess the thing that impressed me the most with this little tractor is how well it handled a 5' rotary cutter through some really thick brush.

We have a Power Trac PT425 that is two years old. We like it a lot. Here's a link to our web page with lots of pictures and videos of the tractor in action.

I started small, with a 5665 Gravely, about 1987 with 104 hours on it with sulkie, cart, bush hog, MacKissic shredder, garden plow, snow plow & snow thrower. Added dual wheels and power steering brakes to it. Now has 340 hours.

Looking to get a BX 1800 with FEL and 54" hog for my birthday in April. The Gravely doesn't have the traction/locking diffs to get up my hill in back with me and the cart, particularly if it has anything in it. Need to spell the Gravely if it needs any repair during heavy bush hogging season. Otherwise, completely replacing everything with Kubota stuff would add probably at least another $5k or more, maybe 7 or 8k.
