Haven't been on one of those machines in years. The real time to ride was back in the 70's. Not too many people on the trails, and the machines had enough flaws that you still had to carry a repair shop in the the back. Extra plugs, wires, fuel, filters, screwdrivers, sockets, wrenches, belts, blanket, first aid kit, matches and tinder, spare socks, gloves, a bit of food, tow strap, signal flares... Now they tell me the new sleds have reverse. Mine had reverse too, you got off, grabbed the bar on the back and pulled and the darn thing went in reverse. Ah, but the days of a strong back are long gone.
One good thing, though. At least in this weather nobody will be chipping golf balls. /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif
