Wheel Spacers?

Has anyone ever heard of placing a spacer on the tractor before mounting the wheels to create a little wider foot print? I wonered if this might be a cure to my problem of the lift-arm braces rubbing against the tires.

Yes I'll post pictures if someone will tell me how to compress the picture so it's not too large.

You'll need a photo editor. If you dont have one you can download a free one that will resize the photo. Do a search for Vicman Photo Editor. Its pretty easy just open the picture and select to resize it. Then save it and use windows explorer to check the size.

Swap your tires side for side. That will put the the wheels to a wide position.

Those arms are atraight. I have heated them just past the tires and put a slight bend. That can give you some clearance.

It looks like your turnbuckles are a lot longer then mine and mounted further down the lifting arms
