So there were 3 100# weights on the back wheels on my 5103 when I got it. I removed the third weight from each wheel a while ago due to some clearance issues I had getting in and out of the barn. That third weight on each wheel sticks out past the outside edge of the tire by a good bit. The extra set has been sitting in the barn for quite some time now and I am tired of banging into them. I was going through the manual and noticed that it said weights could be installed on the outside OR the inside of the rim. So my question is, can you have 1 weight mounted on the inside and 2 weights on the outside of the rim? I am not 100% sure if this is easily accomplished or not. I know I will have to pull the rim to mount up the one on the inside, and it may require some fanagling with hardware, but figured I would see if anyone here has tried this so far. This setup would allow me to use all of the weight I have and not create any width issues by having all 3 weights on one side of each rim. Thanks in advance for any input.

Back when I was employed at a JD dealer I installed 2 150# weights on inside of rear wheels & 3 150# weights on the outside of new JD 4430's. On your 5103 one would need to remove all the weights & each rear wheel 1 at a time then install bolts for inside weight including inside weight then install wheels then reinstall outside weights
