He always claimed that he said "One small step for "A" man, one giant leap for mankind". Does make more sense....Those were proud times...

I've never heard that before and had always wondered about the small pause after "one small step for". It does make sense when one considers the generally poor quality of radio communications at the time, and if Neil says that's what he said that's good enough for me.

Staring at the moon does not usually bother me. But I have noticed that when I look at a full moon, I seem to get a bit hairy, my muscles grow and my teeth get long. I wake up in the morning having very strange thoughts about howling at the moon while running in the woods. My clothes are always ripped up as well. Very strange. It is dream like but I know it was not a dream. At least, I don't think it was a dream, but maybe it was.... Strange.

There have been six manned flights to the moon (Apollo 11, 12, 14, 15 16, and 17). All six flights were manned by three astronauts: 1.The Commander
2.The Command Module Pilot
3.The Lunar Module pilot.

The Commander and Lunar Module pilot went all the way to the surface of the moon. The Command Module pilot remained with the Command Module orbiting the moon during the lunar excursion.

The men who actually walked on the moon are:

Neil Armstrong (Commander, first person to walk on the Moon)
Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin (Lunar Module pilot)

Apollo 12 -
Charles Conrad, Jr. (Commander)
Alan LaVerne Bean (Lunar Module pilot)

Apollo 14 -
Alan Shepard (Commander, also first US man in space, 1961)
Edgar Mitchell (Lunar Module Pilot)

Apollo 15 -
David Scott (Commander)
James Irwin (Lunar Module pilot)

Apollo 16 -
John Young (Commander)
Charles Duke, Jr. (Lunar Module pilot)

Apollo 17 -
Eugene Cernan (Commander, last man to walk on the moon December 14, 1972)
Dr Harrison Schmitt (Lunar Module Pilot, first scientist-astronaut to land on Moon)

As of 2011, only these 12 men have walked on the Moon, and each man was only there once.

mythbusters (just happened to watch the moon landing episode yesterday) covered it pretty well I think. I say credit where due, and there was a full moon last night also. I'm convinced of this part of history. It's all good.

Regarding space waste, the toilet on the space station recycles water from urine and recovers about 93% of what they eliminate from their bodies. They still use diapers during extravehicular activity. They also have a bag with glue on it that they open up and stick over their butt cheeks.

Also regarding moon landings being fake I watched a video of them dropping a ball and the video was sped up to equal the rate it would fall on earth. The astronauts looked like a Benny hill video clip. This proves that they didn't just slow down the tapes to make it appear to be low gravity.
