Where are they made??

I don't remember what they used it for, I read the article over a year ago. Sorry for the confusion. John

Power Trac---All models are made in Tazewell Virginia USA

This includes frames, arms, canopies, tanks, cylinders, valve bodies, hose assemblies, attachments, and most other steel parts plus painting and final assembly.
Engines; Wisconson and Germany
Pumps; Ohio, Tenn., NC. and Ga.
Motors; Ky, Tenn.
Hose; NC., Ohio
Tires; Ohio, Tenn.
Wheels; Iowa

These are most of the major components that I could find

My Cub Cadet 7360SS was also made in Japan by Mitsubishi.

I though they were owned by MTD and put to gether in the

The seats, steering wheels and tires are assembled at the dealership when they come out of the crate. The rest comes from across the pond.
The Cub Cadet lawn and garden tractors, as far as I know, are built in the USA.

I've got an '03, 7264 Cub.
It's "assembled" in Ohio. ('has built in the USA stickers all over it)
The engine is a Diahatsu. The "major" cast iron parts are stamped China.( that being rear, trans housing etc.)

My Mahindra 2810 is made in S. Korea by TYM. I believe they have two stateside locations for final assembly, Texas & Georgia. I think TYM sources major components from other far eastern nations, Iseki in Japan maybe?

I think the point of this thread is that basicly no tractor is made in the US anymore.

AG equipment and impelements are different, guess they don't ship as well.
