Where can I advertise a heavy duty utility trailer?

Utility usually means a cheap light landscaping trailer or enclosed cargo trailer. It will only add confusion to the add. "24k lbs rated gooseneck deckover" should get the right people to notice. Assuming that's the right capacity.
Flat deck trailer, or more precisely deck over (flat deck with the deck over the wheels rather than fenders) is much better than utility.

No more "utility". That is so hard for me to do, as that is what we have called the trailer for years. So be it. As to the gvwr, I am not sure on that part but assume it is in the high teens/low 20's at a minimum, because of the 3 7000 lb. axles.

Generally adding up all the axle ratings is a good way to get the capacity including the weight of the trailer. Technically bumper pull trailers may be 10% higher & gooseneck 20% higher as that weight will be on the tow vehicle.
The best way though is look for the VIN plate that will have that number on it.

If at all possible you need to pull it outside and take better pics. Especially get some of the wheels/tires.
If it's a low mileage trailer it's worth what you are asking. For a buyer to figure that out you need better pics.
