Where can I buy off road diesel in Blaine MN

In SE Oklahoma its about 30 cents a gallon cheaper ... for every 1000 gallons I use ... well thats $300 ... I have transfer tanks in the pickups and fill them at the local coop.

Even if I didn't use that much I would find a station that sells both green and red ... then when I went I'd fill the truck and a couple cans for the tractor.

Just up till about 3 years ago all diesel in Oklahoma was green. Pull in top off the truck and the transfer tank, tell the clerk farm fuel and it was all cheaper. Then they brought in the "red" off road and put a stop to that.

To the OP, I'd be suprised that one of the HHO suppliers doesn't sell at the pump.

I have a cousin who bought a place on Pelican Lake this year and kept his farm home in Gheen to move back to the deep south in the winter.

can't you petition to get the fuel tax money back if you use on-road for off-road? i'm not in a business where i burn excessive amounts of fuel in an off-road setting, so i don't even worry about it, but i remember hearing about it. anyone who is in business must have to keep track of that stuff anyways, so the information may be close at hand when filing time comes.

Off road fuel has a different color dye than road use fuel for easy identification. Any vehicle using off road fuel that is registered for on road use is subject to some sizable fines. The road use tax is designed to maintain roads. Here in the northeast, the police are just not understanding when they pull over a commercial plated vehicle and find off road fuel in it. Even farm plates only reduce the registration fees. I don't know about Canada, but in the states is is better to be legal than illegal. To the OP, call your local farm co-op for info on suppliers.
