I need some blades for my finish mower. Any good online sites? And no, I haven't checked with the dealer yet. I'm just looking into all my options.

Thanks

Agri-supply has brush hog blades for 10-15$ each. Course a brush hog blade is not the same as a finish mower blade so....

as HIGHBEAM said , Finish blades are not the same as Brush hog blades. check with TSC if you have one in your area, or check them online.

If your dealer doesn't have them in stock he can get them for you.
I don't know about the finish mower blades, but locally the Bush Hog dealer keeps a large assortment of BH shredder blades on hand.

Does Bush Hog (brand) make a finish mower? The way I'm reading this question, it looks like that's what the blades may fit. In any event, go to any reputable dealer that carries Bush Hog products. I bought a set of new blades for my 286 cutter a few months back I was amased at how cheap they were. (O.E.M. blades from Bush Hog. NOT generic replacements)

I think that is what he is speaking of... Bushog brand finish mower.

I would do as Highbeam suggested and check with agri-supply to find a match , they are very reasonable ... I have bought mower blades from them for myself and my father and they are good blades IMO.

Just measure length, width, thickness and hole diameter to see what will match up if they don't have your specific name brand listed... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Yes, Bush Hog makes finish mowers. I have one, but I've never needed to replace the blades, only sharpen them.

Everyone in my area uses the terms "bush hog" or "brush hog" to mean rotary cutter, and seem surprised to find out that Bush Hog is a brand of implement.

I do recall a time when my dad busted a blade on his Dixie rotary cutter right in half. There wasn't any sharpening to that! We got a replacement blade at TSC.

I just looked at my latest agri-supply book and they aren't showing any RFM blades except for the caroni... But they had listed a bunch of different blades in my older book, and the website is very comprehensive so you may have to call them on the 800-345-0169 to find out if they have your blades. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

My apologies to all for not being more clear on the original question.. For clarity:

It is a Bush Hog Brand FINISH Mower. The ATH 720 if your familiar with there naming schema.

I bought it used, and it's in good shape, but the blades are nearing the end of their life, and need sharpening, and I want to get a spare set for the future.

I just called Agri-Supply and they had the blades!

Thanks to all the replies, and again, I apologize for not being clear.
