If anyone has any better suggestions, I'm very open for it, but as of now, I'm looking for a contact management package that can be networked, was told of "Act" and it seems the 2004 version of Act will work (I've been tinkering around with a trial version)
I don't recall the price, but seems to me I can buy it from them and it's roughly $120 as I recall. Looked it up on Amazon (presuming that last years version might be reduced in price) and I see it there for $26.40 with commentary connected to it saying (and this is what scares me) ( BRAND NEW FULL VERSION ACT 6 WITH UNIQUE ACTIVATION KEY! CD ONLY! NO RETAIL BOX! E-MANUAL ON CD! HASSLE FREE RETURN! WE ARE AMAZON PRO MERCHANT! BUY WITH CONFIDENCE ) or another says ( Brand new cd fully registerable manual on cd)
What kind of caught my attention was the comment about the "unique activation key", just made me think why would they say that, after all, isn't it SUPPOSED to be included??
Any reason to be concerned about that? My fear is buying some contraband and ending up with useless junk, however, since I might buy up to four copies of it, the savings start to add up.
