Looking for a vendor who sells these, I can have installed locally. The thorns causing the slow leaks are puncture vines ( goat heads ) getting rid of the infestation is another issue on this new to me property.

I would think that having your tires foam filled would be the best solution.

Here's a tire liner for a 7:50 X 16. 7.5x16 Tire Guard for Front Tractor Tire | GEMPLER'S
In the days when retread shops were everywhere, one of them used to buff the tread off of tire and remove the sides from a belted tire for me to use for a tire liner. I don't know whether that would work with steel belted radials.

These days I have tubeless tires and plug them when they get leaky holes. One honey locust thorn went on and never leaked so, I left it alone.
