No pics, but my CCY SX3100 is so compactly designed, there's hardly any place to mount even a narrow 30-cal ammo box. I've tried! I ended up using a section of angle iron bolted to a pair of existing holes in the top of the cross-bar behind the seat, above the PTO. Then I passed a pair of short 3/8 bolts through holes drilled in the angle iron into the side of the ammo can. The angle iron allows me to hang the ammo can on the back of the cross-bar so that the can is more or less suspended over and to one side of the PTO. This allows me to put the seat back as far as it'll go without bumping into the ammo can, but it also means I can't put anything too heavy in the ammo can. Not ideal, but it works, and I can easily remove the ammo can and angle iron, leaving behind no traces of the modification.
