Where Underground Water Line and Service Entrance Crosses

If the service entrance and a water line need to cross, what does one do? Neither are in place yet. Thanks.

I'm going through the same thing right now.

You can see my post on this topic with pictures here. I met with the electric company engineer at our property to plan out the trenching and how the gas, water, and electric lines will run from the transformer and well to the house.
