My most used is my finish mower. While not my favorite to use, I sure do like the results it gives me. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

As to a favorite, it depends on what I'm doing with each (and how well it works). I have a lot of fun with my FEL with bucket and toothbar, my backhoe, my rotary cutter and my box blade. I haven't used my tiller yet but I think it'll be fun, too. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Most used is the FEL with toothbar. Much more used since adding the toothbar. I've even found another use that I haven't read before: Thrill ride. Just put the loader in the air, get into it, cut off a large limb from a hurricane uprooted oak tree, wait until the last bit is cut and the limb bounces back to you, hitting you in the mouth and knocking you back and over the edge of the bucket. Just before you hit the ground, you catch yourself with one leg after sliding from your butt to the inside of that knee. Hang there for a moment until you realize you haven't landed on your head, breaking your neck, and get yourself down from the loader. Pay the man and start all over again. Has to be my favorite attachment near a tie with the backhoe. John

HAAAAA! Sounds like great fun. I like uprooting trees with my chain. It can get a little bit "interesting" at times too. When the roots break loose, some unexpected things can happen.

A new use I found for my FEL is to "shave" 1"-3" saplings. The edge of my bucket is very sharp (accidentally or incidentally), and easily shaves saplings nearly flush with the ground. I just drop the FEL to skim the ground and go a-shaving. It's amazing how quick I can dispense with a patch of chicken and pine trees. I've never tried oaks yet. It may not work as well on tougher wood.

without question, the loader

2nd is the large capacity lawn cart, which I'm always using for hauling firewood, dirt, gravel, stones, brush, building materials, etc.

"Favorite attachment?" Easy: Loader frame with forklift tines and grapple thumb on combination base frame. Makes moving tree limbs, trunks, and brush so much fun you almost wish for wind. Sorry, bad joke for those involved in hurricane cleanup. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
