Not to ignite another pole barn fiasco..
BUT..
My builder recommened getting ALL the concrete work done at once.. so I won't have to worry abou redoing any lawn work.
Was planning a slab for my wife's studio (with a in law appartment above it)
House foundation with slab for attached garage.
Slab for a eventual "Toy shed"
Now keep in mind that this is Maine.
Can I put the pad down and let it sit for a year or two. Figure it would be a good place to park the tractors and such.. just use the old universal blue tarps. At least until the checkbook recovers from the move in shock I'm sure it will see.
Thinking of a good size pole barn to house all the things my wife won't let me keep in the garage.
