Hello,
I have a Ford Model 1920 purchased new in 1988 or so and I want to make sure I get the correct fluid for the transmission. I have misplaced the Operators Manual and can't find one on-line. I have a Tractor Supply nearby, do that have a good oil?
How can I be sure I am getting the correct fluid? I just replaced the brake disks and don't want problems because I put the incorrect oil in it.
Thanks,
Dpaul
Tractor Supply sells a brand called Mystick that meets ford 134 spec. That's what you'd need. I have used both NH and Mystick oil and have not had any Ill effect on my hyd system. Just read the label closely and it'll tel you wether it meets ford 134 or not. thay have different formulation for different brand under name Mystick.
