That is the same engine series as mine. The intake may look different because some OEM's are now using a Donaldson two stage intake system. If not, you'll have two finger screws to pop off to get at an oval-style air filter like the image below. If it is an engine from my mower's era, then, the cover just flips up, no screws whatsoever to get at the air filter. This matters because in dusty areas, you can use compressed air to clean off the air filter to extend its life.
A really cool thing is that this engine is super easy to winterize in that you pull the wire off of the the bottom of the carb bowl, unscrew the bolt with your hands, dump the bowl, reinstall everything, and the engine is winterized.
Make sure you get the hour meter.
