Grapple Which One To Buy?

/ Which One To Buy? #12
I have been running through threads on grapples and ready to bit the bullet, now, which one? I have a B3300SU with a LA504 FEL (pin on).
I had a logger in and have ALL the tops left over to move to the burn pile.
I have looked at the bolt on type (bolt to the side of the bucket, the entire grapple unit, and just recently found the "Westendorf" Brush Crusher.
This thing looks awesome and I have requested a quote (we'll see).
I don't have front ports, but do have rear ports that I could have hoses made and get the Hydro to the front.
ALL opinions and advise would gladly be appreciated.
Thanks guys

Dan

Dan, the lightest grapple I know of is a mini grapple from mytractortools.com

I don't know attachment isdues in your case but their mini grapple is under 100 lbs and very solid built. Its also narrow so you can get into tight spaces.

Its what I will get in 2016.

Yep, but it has a SSQA mount, so more money to make it work.

Thanks Axle, going to check that out. I thank everybody for the responses now time to drink a beer and shop!

Waiting for spaces to get my chains on and find something to get cleaned up around here. Cost effectively of course!
Thanks guys, have a wonderful 16 with all the toys, bought or coming. Will post as soon as I get something on the front to play with.

I had to buy the Tach all SS quick connect adapter as my loader wasn't skid steer. Frankly, the adapter was not that durable. I think any basic welder could make some adapter. It's really pretty simple. I wouldn't let that prevent me from buying a standard grapple. I leave my grapple on my tractor. Haven't used my bucket in years. But I never move soil, mulch, gravel etc. that one just posted by everything attachments looks like it would solve your problem.

Hi Travis. now you have my attention, I called you folks oh 6 months or so ago and asked about a "pin-on" for my LA504 and the gentleman I spoke with said he couldn't help me with that model loader?
I'll give you a yell when I get back in this afternoon, look forward to speaking with you. You folks have a fantastic site and products.
Our company will be starting a small non-profit farming operation this spring and will need a full gambit of attachments!

You're in luck, because we can provide a full gambit of attachments!
I just verified with engineering, that it can, and has been done. Actually, the LA504 and LA364(pictured above) have the same pin configuration.
