I basically see 4 type quick connects.
Flush Face, Agricultural, 600, 700 series.
How do I know which ones to buy?
Which ones interchange, if any?

Mine have the flat point on them so they are the 600 or 700. They are on my NH and IH.

I take it none interchange.
So when I look at the female end how do I know if it is Series A or Series B?

Not using that type connector. From the diagram it appears they are not interchangeable. Sorry I can't help.
Hopefully another member with a NH or IH will reply with your answer. If not, try re-posting in the NH section of this forum.

When it comes to Quick Disconnects - some brands will interchange with some others but they need to have the same profile. You can see what I mean on this page.

If you are replacing a current quick disconnect, you'll need one the the same profile. If you are replacing a pair - male/female - you just need to match the other end - commonly NPT.

If you are building or adding a quick disconnect then you can purchase whatever you prefer as long as they will attach to the hose - again usually these are NPT ends.

Most ISO 5675 "AG" type will interchange, some have "balls" and some have "poppets" and technically will interchange with each other, but in general its not recommended.

If there is a specific fitting on your machine your trying the match, post any numbers off of it and I'll cross reference it for you. We also have a chart on the website showing the common "verified" fittings that we know about.

Thanks I will check for numbers this week when I get back out to the farm.
I thought some would interchange but I did not see how, and I have heard of guys having problems. Hydraulics not working with the quick connect being the issue. I did not want to create a problem for later on down the road. I know mine have poppets.

I checked the fittings on my tractors.
My IH has the poppet style female. No numbers could be read. My hay cutter has an ag style no numbers.
My NH has the poppet style female, push/pull type with the only readable being "PATENTED-O3G"
My NH also has after market for the grapple plugged into the rear remotes male "PIONEER 8010-4P" '1/2 NPTF 09WX.
on the FEL connection for the grapple female, poppet style, push, "PIONEER 4050-4P"
On the FEL connection for the grapple male, ag style, "PIONEER 8010-4P 23 RX"
Note the Pioneer couplers were bought at the same time and installed by the grapple dealer.
The male and female are of 2 different types, and of the 4 male, ag style, couplers have 2 different sets of numbers.
