Whining noise on Kubota BX22

Recently, whenever I put a little strain the tractor or any implement, the tractor whines. I presume this has something to do with the HST as the engine sounds the same whatever I do. Seems to have started doing this after my 50 hour maintenenance. Has gotten alot worse since then (60 hours now) Any comments or suggestions?

I'm no expert on hydro, but I believe any restriction in the system that still allows some flow will cause the noise. Of course, some HST whine, or whatever noise you want to call it, is normal. If it's getting worse, maybe you got some trash into the system when you did the maintenance, or did you not change out the filter?
I've had extra noise when the level of Hydro fluid was too low as well. After you refilled the hydro fluid after the change, did you move the attachments around some and then recheck the hydor fluid? This can rob the original level and bring you down too low and cause noise. At least in my experience.
I hope you find it okay, and I'm sure others have more ideas. John

I'm with KiotiJohn. Check fluid levels and then did the filter get changed. Something might have gotten moved around. You might want to drain the fluid again if the above is good and try again with additional strains for the fluid. If this is a new unit then the warranty is good on it and call the dealer

Does this happen both in low and high range?

I usually use my BX2200 in low range, but occasionally use high range. Recently I was in high range and noticed more whine than I would ever hear in low range...I was heading up a grade, not on the level...

Not sure if this relates to your question directly or not...but it sort of surprised me that it was that much different...

I've noticed mine whines some at lower RPMs, especially if I'm in high range. Bump the RPMs and go to Low and it's fine.

I've noticed the same thing Bill when I'm in high range and under a load. It lasts until the speed levels out and the sound lessens. Some of that whine is normal. John
